Thank you for your interest in the free online English conversation class organized by MPKEN and YES – Your English Space.

Please read the information and class rules carefully, and don’t forget to submit your most updated CV as part of the application.

• Goal: Improve students’ listening and speaking skills, build natural reflexes in English, and gain confidence in real-life communication.

• Entry Requirement: Intermediate level (TOEIC 500+ or equivalent). A short interview or placement test may be conducted to ensure suitability.

• Course Duration: Approximately 3 months (starting from September 2025).

• Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays, 21:00 – 22:30 (Japan Time).

• Format: Online via Zoom.

• Class Size: Maximum of 16 students for interactive learning.

• Tuition Fee: Completely FREE.

• Communication Reflex Practice: Topic-based discussions, quick Q&A drills, and real-life dialogues.

• Pronunciation & Intonation: Correcting pronunciation mistakes, practicing natural speech, and enhancing listening skills.

• Vocabulary & Expressions: Learning useful words and phrases and applying them in real-life contexts.

• Group Work: Pair and small-group activities to maximize speaking opportunities.

• Personalized Feedback: Teachers provide comments and guidance to help students improve effectively.

• Turn on your camera during lessons to ensure interaction (microphones on during discussions or when called upon).

• Attendance: Students must attend at least 80% of lessons. Missing more than 5 classes without reason may result in dismissal.

• Notice of absence: Please inform the teacher at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend.

• Preparation: Review materials/vocabulary provided and complete assignments (if any) before class.

PROHIBITED BEHAVIORS

• Excessive or disruptive behavior, coercion, or harassment.

• Offensive, inappropriate, or vulgar language/behavior.

• Soliciting others for religious, political, sales, or recruitment purposes.

• Threatening words or actions.

• Any behavior violating ethics or public order.

• Unauthorized recording or sharing of teachers’ lessons or other students’ information.

• Only for committed learners: This class is reserved for those who demonstrate clear commitment and are willing to dedicate time to study.

• Rule violations: Those who break the above rules may be denied participation in future MPKEN events.
