Holiday Stress
Holiday Stress
As Japan and Vietnam enter the long holiday season, many look forward to plans and time with others.
But for some, the holidays also bring a quiet, hard-to-name pressure —

💬 We will explore:
Subtle forms of holiday stress
Why rest can feel like pressure
How to be with yourself, without forcing anything
