Skill development at MPKEN

The free English class is a community education initiative organized by the non-profit organization MPKEN in collaboration with volunteer teachers with the aims of:

• Helping Vietnamese residents in Japan systematically improve their English skills, especially TOEIC test-taking abilities — an important recruitment criterion in many international companies in Japan.

• Increasing job opportunities and career development for young Vietnamese studying or working in Japan, who have strong potential but often lack a suitable learning environment.

• Building a positive learning community where everyone can accompany, share, and encourage one another to make progress together.
