• Target participants: University or graduate students majoring in finance-related fields or aiming to work in the financial industry (aged 18–25), with English communication skills.

• Format: The session will be held online, and attendees will be divided into breakout rooms. In these small groups, you will have the chance to interact directly with employees from an international financial services company who are currently working in Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Each breakout room will focus on specific topics of interest, such as career advice, life abroad, and adapting to a new environment.
