PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES INTERVIEW

Prospective Employee #01

MPKEN introduced me to a company engaged in foundation works.

Since April, I've been looking for jobs using information from Mynavi, Rikunavi, and MPKEN, but I don't have any experience finding jobs in Japan so I'm not sure what kind of people there are in Japanese companies and what I need. Learning such things is hard to think about. During interviews, I try to put others at ease by speaking candidly about my personality and serious feelings.

After joining the company, I wanted to go into the field, learn how to work, and gain various experiences. After that, I will do my best to get a contract in Vietnam as a company employee.

There are many challenges in this work, so I think I can grow and build friendly relations between Vietnam and Japan.

Prospective Employee #02

In March, I was introduced by MPKEN and started working at a vocational school. I am responsible for translating, explaining visa extension procedures for Vietnamese students, and providing daily life support.

At the vocational school, many Vietnamese students are entering for the first time. Schools in Japan don't understand Vietnamese culture, customs, and way of thinking, and I'm worried about how to support students' studies and life.

On the other hand, some Vietnamese students have not improved their Japanese language skills, and students cannot consult the school about their problems and do not fully understand the school's advice and guidance. Therefore, I act as an intermediary between schools and students, and I use my study abroad experience to support students together with teachers in schools. I think it's worth the work.

Prospective Employee #03

I was introduced by MPKEN and currently work in a company that manages various restaurant franchises.

If I were asked to give a message to all of you who are looking for work, I would first think that you have to love what you do. Every job has hard times, good times, and a lot of pressure.

When you think about "what kind of work do you want to do? What kind of person do you want to be? and what kind of life do you want to live?" Then if you set goals for your job search and future goals, whatever obstacles you face, I believe you will be able to overcome them.

Finally, I believe that if you make a strong appeal to yourself, you will definitely get a job offer. Don't give up and keep trying.
