Handle consultations and inquiries from Specified Skilled Workers and Technical Intern Trainees at a construction company

• Document preparation, Japanese-Vietnamese translation, and interpretation during interviews

• Support for internal training and onboarding/placement

• Other duties as assigned by the company

Full-time employee

For the first three months after joining, you will be employed as a contract employee under the same conditions. This period will count toward your total years of service.

Based on your performance during this period, you may be promoted to a full-time position.

Monthly Salary: ¥210,000–¥230,000 (Annual salary increase assumed at 4%)

Housing Allowance: 50% of rent covered (up to ¥30,000/month)

Bonus: Equivalent to 4.5 months’ salary per year (based on standard evaluation; may vary depending on individual performance)

Commuting Allowance: Fully reimbursed (no upper limit)

Payroll Cut-off Date: Fixed on the 15th of each month

Salary Payment Date: Fixed on the end of each month
